Visible Mind is the idea that anyone can become conscious / lucid of their own mental workings.
The way to do this is by the practice of mindfulness.
It illuminates the fleeting nature of thoughts and has the capacity to free oneself from the chains of repetetive mental self-talk.

On this website, I write articles about mindfulness, meditation, and general life advice that I have found helpful over the years in a condensed format.

With that I want to share helpful tools to facilitate your mindfulness practice in everyday life.

I also summarize the most useful books I have read on mindfulness.

My goal here is to focus on the most relevant points.

This should help you to quickly access the most important information.

On my YouTube channel, I make short videos on the core teachings of various mindfulness teachers to provide motivational ideas for the short breaks in otherwise stressful daily life.

 

About Me

When I discovered my passion for mindfulness, I was fortunate to have the internet at my disposal and numerous teachings to fall back on.

Especially philosophers like Alan Watts, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Eckhart Tolle and Rupert Spira have influenced me over the years.

Diving deeper into the subject matter led me to incorporate my fascination with mindfulness into my studies.

As a topic for my bachelor’s thesis, I investigated the effects of mindfulness on stress experience and coping strategies.

After I graduated from university, I started further training to become a mindfulness, meditation and stress management coach. After completion, I have since become a mindfulness coach, stress management coach and meditation teacher.
